About
My style is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in honesty and compassion. I’m both gentle and direct. I challenge when it serves your growth and slow down when your nervous system needs it. At the center of my work is therapeutic relationship—the healing that unfolds when you feel safe, seen, and understood.
My therapeutic approach also weaves together IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), attachment & somatic principles, and psychedelic neuroscience informed approaches to healing.
During our work, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and internal parts with curiosity instead of judgment. Each session is guided by what your nervous system can handle in that moment.
Collaborative — Therapy happens with you, not at you.
Gentle but direct — Honest insight without harshness.
Flexible — Structured when needed, spacious when healing requires it.
Trauma-informed — Safety and stabilization come first.
Get to Know Me
Authentic. Neurodivergent. Immigrant. Creative. Direct. Human.
I’m an immigrant and a neurodivergent therapist who believes healing happens when we can be honest, curious, and fully ourselves. Humor, humanity, and creativity show up in my sessions because they’re part of who I am—and because they help people feel safe enough to do deep work.
Outside of work, I spend my time exploring creative projects, learning new things, wandering in nature, and going to music events. These experiences keep me curious, inspired, and connected to my community.
My Values
Authenticity — No masks, no scripts. You get the real me.
Inclusivity & Anti-Racism — Every identity is honored; oppression is named, not ignored.
Collaboration — We work with each other, not top-down.
Respect for the Nervous System — Healing happens at your pace, not a forced timeline.
Curiosity & Creativity — Therapy can be expansive, expressive, and alive.
